We Made it!!

Well, after 18 hours in planes and hours of layovers we've made it to Queenstown NZ.

We've survived my first experience driving on the left side of the road, no major misshaps but we're going to have a really clean winsheld due to the turn signal and wiper levers being on the reverse sides of the steering column. We checked in to our hostel, the Southern Laughter Backbacker's Hostel. It's very nice especially for the $45USD it costs. It's right in town so we can park the car and walk to pretty much any place in town.

So we walked around the town and got settled, so now we're ready to... sleep... no party....no sleep. ;)
Tomorrow we're bungy jumping, we have an 8:00AM reservation with AJ Hackett for the Nevis High Wire bungy jump. 440ft. Jen can't wait.
So we're off to explore the town of Queenstown, find a place to have our first dinner in NZ and get ready for tomorrow.
Internet cafe's/access appear to be common so I should be able to update the blog as we go.
Check back tomorrow for more updates.
Love,
Mike & Jen

I know what you mean about driving on the left side of the road! We kept forgetting that on the M (freeways) the passing lane is on the right!!
